Cindy Rodahl Cindy Rodahl is a founding partner in Tevera Consulting with substantial experience in defining HR strategic direction, restructuring and helping organizations increase their effectiveness by designing organizational foundations that effectively deliver strategic business objectives. As BUCA, Incs Chief Family Resource Officer from March of 2005 to November of 2007. Ms Rodahl was instrumental in turning a troubled company of the verge of NASDAQ delisting and undergoing formal SEC and DOJ investigations into a viable company. Ms. Rodahl led a complete restructuring of the staff, systems and processes in human resources, substantially increased the creditability and influence of the human resources function by building a talent assessment and development process to evaluate and develop key talent, redesigning compensation systems to drive business results, providing leaders of the organization feedback and coaching through customized training and strengthening the culture of the organization to align with the principles and values of the company. In her role as CFRO, she oversaw the companys recruiting, training, compensation and benefits and employee relations functions. Prior to joining BUCA, Inc, Ms Rodahl was Vice President of Human Resources and Safety for Transport Corporation of America, Inc. where she was responsible for the human resources and safety functions for this publicly traded company. She also worked as a Divisional VP of Human Resources for two different divisions of Carlson Companies, a privately held hospitality, restaurant and travel company. During that time, she established the human resources function in the businesses she was a part of as a strong partner and played a critical role in redesigning and restructuring these organizations to better align with the needs of the business. Before joining Carlson Companies, Ms Rodahl spent 18 years with the Pillsbury Company. During that time she held numerous positions within the human resources organization of increasing responsibility including Director of Human Resources for their international businesses and Vice President of Human Resources for their $2.4 billion dollar consumer products business. Kaye Rogers O'Leary ![]() A founding partner of Tevera Consulting, Kaye has substantial experience in developing strategic direction and in designing and restructuring organizational foundations and governance practices to improve operational effectiveness. From March 2005 through November 2007, Kaye was BUCA Inc.'s (NASDAQ: BUCA) CFO where she was instrumental in turning a troubled company on the verge of NASDAQ delisting and undergoing formal SEC and Department Of Justice investigations into a viable operator of 91 Italian restaurants. She led a complete restructuring of the staff, systems and processes in the accounting, finance and technology functions, as well as a re-capitalization of the company. The transformation enabled the company to successfully avoid NASDAQ delisting and settle its DOJ and SEC investigations without financial penalty. Prior to joining BUCA, Kaye was Vice President of Finance for Navitaire, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accenture (NYSE: ACN), which provides outsourced technology solutions to the airline industry. In this capacity, she was involved in developing Navitaire's growth strategy, which included several acquisitions and the establishment of domestic and international offices. She was responsible for management of the finance, accounting, contract management and facilities functions for operations in Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Austin TX, Manila, Sydney and Prague. Before joining Navitaire, Kaye served as CFO for Onelink, Inc. (OTC-BB: ONEL) a provider of Internet-based business intelligence services to the telecommunications industry. Here, she worked on the restructuring of the business, ultimately leading to the sale of the company. She also served as the V.P. of Business Planning for Carlson Companies. Early in her career, she held positions of growing responsibility in accounting, finance and strategic planning with PepsiCo, Dun & Bradstreet, Dannon and A.H. Belo.
